June and Early July Beauty Favourites

Recently I've become that girl who spends hours watching beauty videos on youtube. A few favourites of mine are Essie Button, Lily Pebbles and Nicole Guerriro. They all know what they're doing, they're all beautiful (with make-up and without) and they all have a sense of humour. No one wants to watch a video of someone staring into a camera without any hint of a personality.

One of my favourite styles of videos is the 'favourites'. Each month these videos contain several product which that beauty blogger has been loving each month. And so, seeing as I want to become more of a fashion/beauty blog over the coming months, here are some of my spring beauty favourites

Urban Decay Naked and Naked 2 Palette - this palettes are my saviors. I bought them during my trip to America at Easter, and I have used them every single day I have worn make-up since. They are both neutral palettes (I'm assure you're aware of that), and I'm a lover of neutral eyes - so these palettes are perfect for me. If you can't get both, then it really depends on your skin tone - the original has cooler colours, while the second has warmer tones.

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural - This is a recent purchase of mine, and I absolutely love it. I have fairly pale skin and was given the shade Medium by the girl at the MAC counter, and it matches my skin nicely and gives my dull skin an extra glow. 

MAC Studio Fix Fluid - Again, another recent purchase. The shade I was given (NC13) has only been brought out in the most recent collection, and I'm bloody happy that it was. It's the perfect match for my skin tone, stays on for a long time and whilst I haven't done a full review (something that I will be doing, hopefully later on in the week), it lives up to all my expectations so far.

Lip Colour - over the past few weeks I have been purely wearing Revlon Lip Butters, especially Berry Smoothie, Macaroon and Sorbet. I love the creamy, buttery texture and for me they have excellent staying power. The colour is similar to the colour in the tube and the packaging matches the colour of the product which is always a bonus.
